2. How to reach us

Write to shiftmask@4optima.pl for anything at all — buying a licence, moving an activation to a new machine, an invoice, a bug, or a privacy request. It is a monitored company mailbox, not a ticket robot, and it is the fastest route to an answer.

3. Ownership of the product

The ShiftMask desktop application, the ShiftMask name, the logo and the contents of this website are the property of 4optima Sp. z o.o. and are protected by copyright. Buying ShiftMask gives you a licence to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of it.

4optima Sp. z o.o. is also the entity responsible for the content published on shiftmask.com.

4. About the company

4optima Sp. z o.o. is a Polish business intelligence consultancy that builds reporting and data models for companies. ShiftMask grew directly out of that work: the problem of getting real production data in front of an AI tool without handing over the data itself is one we had to solve for ourselves first.

5. Privacy

What this site collects, and what the desktop application deliberately never sends anywhere, is set out in the Privacy Policy. 4optima Sp. z o.o. is the data controller for the small amount of personal data described there.
